Hey, friend! I’m Alison.
I’m a homeschooling mama of five, and for the past 16 years I’ve been learning (and loving) the wild, grace-filled adventure of home education.
Along the way, our family has discovered something extra fun and meaningful: writing and self-publishing our own children’s books! It started with my Baby Adventurer in 2017, followed by Hope’s Mr. Skandinoovy Takes an Exciting Trip to Florida in 2019. Since then, Hope illustrated Stinky Stiggy in 2022 and released I Saw Bigfoot in 2024. And we’ve got even more in the works! My next book, Made to Fly Free, will launch in May of 2026, and is ready for preorders!
Through Pathfinder Press, my hope is to help other homeschool families write and publish their own purposeful stories, the kind that encourage young hearts and make Jesus smile.
